Returns and exchanges


A: Due to the nature of vintage items, it is impossible to definitively authenticate them unless one was directly involved in their production at the time.

However, based on our experience and expertise, we carefully determine authenticity using various materials and literature and sell our items responsibly.

Should new research or documents emerge after a sale, clearly indicating that an item was created by a different artist or manufacturer, or if evidence of it being a counterfeit is confirmed, we will contact you and take appropriate action, such as accepting returns and providing refunds.

Please feel free to shop with confidence.

*We issue our own certificate of authenticity exclusively for works by Erik Höglund. This is a measure we have implemented to alert customers and provide reassurance, particularly because there are many counterfeits and inaccuracies in information regarding this designer's works.


A: Yes. Generally, all items are one-of-a-kind. While multiple units of the same model may be stocked for products, please consider each as a distinct item due to variations in manufacturing period, techniques, and condition. For items with comparable conditions, we may only showcase a representative example. All art pieces are one-of-a-kind.


A: Each product page includes detailed photos and descriptions. The owner personally inspects the condition of all items they purchase, ensuring they are acquired with the utmost care. While some items are deadstock or unused, many have been manufactured years ago and may show signs of use or minor scratches. We describe any noticeable damage with accompanying images, but please understand that minor scuffs due to age and use are characteristic of vintage items. If you have any concerns about the condition, please feel free to contact us.


A: The products we handle are sold for the purpose of appreciation and collection as arts and crafts.
Please use them as practical items at your own discretion and responsibility.


A: Yes. We also carry some new works by contemporary artists. All products in the "Contemporary" category are new.


Regarding Your Order

A: As a general rule, we ask that you order from our online shop, but if you have special circumstances, please contact us by email.


A: Yes, it is possible.

If you wish to receive a receipt, please enter the "recipient name" and "item description" in the remarks column of the cart.

Please note that for cash-on-delivery payments, the invoice issued by the shipping company serves as the official receipt.


A: We can provide this for a fee (500 yen including tax). This service is limited to items that fit within the inner dimensions of the gift box (235 x 145 x 80mm). We may not be able to accommodate certain sizes, so please contact us in advance if you have any questions. For details, click here.


A: We regret to inform you that we cannot accept cancellations or changes to orders once they have been confirmed. Please check your order details carefully before proceeding with the purchase.


A: An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you after your order is complete. Please check your spam folder and email reception settings. If you do not receive it, please contact us.

About payment

A: We accept the following payment methods:

・Credit card payment (Visa
/ Mastercard / American Express / JCB)

 *We use Shopify Payments.

・Cash on delivery (Yamato Transport)

 *You can pay with cash or various credit cards/e-money upon delivery. A separate cash-on-delivery fee will be charged.

・Bank transfer (prepayment)

 *After you place your order, we will send you the bank transfer details. We will ship after confirming your payment.

Shipping and Delivery

A: After confirming your payment, we will typically ship your order within 1-3 business days (up to 7 business days at the latest). However, this does not apply during extended closures due to overseas business trips, external events, or similar circumstances.


A: Yes, you can specify your preferred delivery date and time when placing your order. If you want the earliest possible delivery, please select "No Preference."


A: Currently, delivery will be made by Yamato Transport. You can also specify the date and time (please select when ordering).


A: Yes, we do offer international shipping. Please contact us in advance for details regarding supported countries, shipping costs, and delivery times.


Returns and Exchanges

A: If you suspect damage during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will respond promptly.


A: We apologize, but we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.


About Our Physical Store

A: Yes, it is possible. However, since we share inventory between our physical store and online shop, stock availability may vary depending on the timing of sales. If you wish to check stock before visiting the store, please contact us.

A: Appointments are required from Monday to Thursday. No appointment is needed for walk-ins on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (Business hours: 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM). Business days may change due to overseas business trips or external events. Please check our business calendar for details.


A: Our business hours are from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM.


A: We do not have a dedicated parking lot for our store. If you are coming by car, please use one of the nearby coin-operated parking lots.


A: Yes, it is possible. However, there are many delicate items in the store, so we would appreciate it if you could refrain from touching them.
