| Returns, Exchanges, and Defective Product Policy |
The products we handle, except for the [Contemporary] category, are vintage and used items unless otherwise specified. While we make every effort to note prominent scratches, stains, and other noticeable conditions, due to the nature of vintage and used products, we do not list every small scratch caused by age or use. If you have any concerns, please inquire before placing your order. Furthermore, these products are sold as art crafts for personal enjoyment as collectibles or for display. If there is no significant difference in condition between products, only one product image may be displayed. Product images may vary in color from the actual product depending on monitor settings, so please be aware of this in advance. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, such as incorrect orders or dissatisfaction, except in cases of clearly defective products, damage during shipping accidents, or if a different product than ordered was received. Please contact us regarding returns or exchanges within 7 days of product arrival. We cannot accept requests after 8 days, so please thoroughly inspect the product upon arrival. In the event of a return or exchange, we will bear the shipping costs and handling fees. Please note that cancellation fees will be charged for orders canceled after product shipment. |
